Christian has been in Human Resources since 2005. In that time, he has served as an in-house recruiter; HR business partner, corporate trainer, and HR Department Manager which companies ranging from aerospace, electronics to non-profits. His most recent position was as HR Chief for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

Christian is SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). He received his bachelor's degree from American InterContinental University and a Master’s certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Field Graduate University.
